A native of sunny Southern California, Pastor Marlon Henderson has devoted his life to faith, family, and fostering meaningful connections in ministry. For over 19 years, he has been happily married to the love of his life, Lealer “Mo” Henderson. Together, they have raised two incredible adult children, Semajj and Paryss, who actively serve alongside their parents. Guided by the belief that "If it’s not a family affair, then it’s just an affair!" Pastor Marlon cherishes time spent at the beach, discovering new restaurants, traveling, exercising, studying God’s Word, and exploring the depths of psychology.
Educational Background
Pastor Marlon’s theological foundation is deeply influenced by some of history’s most profound scholars, psychologists, and counselors, spanning from the 1400s to the present. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Gateway Theological Seminary, further equipping himself for impactful ministry. Among all his educational influences, he acknowledges that his greatest mentor has been his father, Pastor Preston D. Henderson—a guiding force whose wisdom and example have shaped his calling. With heartfelt gratitude, Pastor Marlon continues to honor his father’s legacy in all that he does.

With over 30 years of ministry experience, Pastor Marlon has held key leadership roles, including Worship Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Teaching-Preaching Pastor, Church Plant Pastor, and Lead Pastor. A dynamic leader known for his creativity, innovation, and strategic vision, he champions the belief that excellence should be at the heart of leadership. In his own words, "We should give God the best of us, not the rest of us!" His philosophy is rooted in the idea that true leadership is not about creating followers but about empowering and developing future leaders.
