Pastor Marlon Henderson, Our Lead Pastor

Is a native of Sunny Southern California.  He has been Married over 19 years to the Love of His Life "Lealer "Mo" Henderson.  They have 2 amazing adult children Semajj and Paryss who actively serve in Ministry, side by side with their parents. Our Pastor say's all the time, "If its not a Family Affair, then its just an Affair!"  He Loves going to the beach, trying new Restaurants, Traveling, Exercising,  Study of the "Word of GOD,"  & Psychology.  

Pastor Marlon, has a 4-D Strategy to Kingdom Bldg. 1st, We Draw Men & Women to CHRIST, through "Relational Evangelism," 2nd, We help them to Define what their GOD given purposes are, 3rd, We Develop them through focused training,  and 4th, We Deploy  them out, to Be the Church Beyond Walls!

Our Pastor has been Trained & Equipped by some of the most Profound Theological Scholars, Psychologists, and Counselors, which covers a time-span ranging from the 1400s to 2000s.  He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity, from Gateway Theological Seminary.  Out of all of Pastor Marlon's Educational influences, He Publicly declares, that His Father, and Mentor, Pastor Preston D. Henderson has been His Greatest Influence, Has made the Greatest impact, and The Largest Investment into His Life, and Ministry.  He is Forever Grateful!!

Our Pastor has served in many areas of Leadership.  Over the past 30 years of Ministry, He has served as a Worship Pastor,  Assisting Pastor,  Teaching-Preaching Pastor, Church Plant Pastor, and Lead Pastor.  Our Pastor is a Leaders, Leader.  He is Creative, Innovative,  and a Master Strategists.  He believes that we should always Serve & Lead with Excellence. In other words "We should Give GOD the Best of Us, Not the Rest of Us!' He believes that true Leadership is about developing other Leaders, not followers.
